About Krist
In the early 2000s, I was at a music festival in Illinois when because of my lamenting “no good bands ever come to Baton Rouge” a band member said “you should books shows.” I was only 16 and it had never crossed my mind that this would be possible. After being granted access to my local church as a venue and armed with a pirated copy of Photoshop (sorry, Adobe!) I was able to build a small yet successful spot for local and independent bands to play in Baton Rouge.
That was almost 20 years ago and back then I didn’t even know what graphic design or marketing was. All I knew is what I wanted to achieve. Now, armed with knowledge and years of experience I am still working, creating, and trying my best to make me of twenty years from now have as few regrets as possible.
